Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tidel Trading cryptocurrency trading platform (the "Platform"), operated by Tidel Trading ("Tidel Trading," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. You represent that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you, including in your country of residence.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tideltrading.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Identity Verification

Tidel Trading does not currently require identity verification (KYC) to use the Platform. We may, however, request additional information from you where necessary to comply with applicable law, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or protect the security of the Platform, and may limit or suspend account access pending review of such a request.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Tidel Trading accepts cryptocurrency deposits only. We do not accept, and are not able to process, deposits by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or any other fiat payment method. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • deposits must be sent from a compatible wallet, on the correct network, to the deposit address provided by the Platform;
  • funds sent to an incorrect address, on an unsupported network, or in an unsupported asset may be permanently lost, and Tidel Trading is not able to recover or reverse such transfers;
  • blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed, and deposits will typically only be credited to your account after the required number of network confirmations;
  • withdrawal requests are processed to the wallet address you provide, and you are solely responsible for verifying that address is correct before submitting a withdrawal; and
  • network (miner/gas) fees are outside of Tidel Trading's control and may vary based on blockchain network conditions.

5. Fees

Tidel Trading may charge fees for trading, withdrawals, or other services, as disclosed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. We may update our fee schedule from time to time; changes will apply prospectively to transactions made after the change takes effect.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency involves significant risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly and unpredictably;
  • past performance is not indicative of future results, and Tidel Trading makes no guarantee of profit or protection against loss;
  • you are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction before executing it; and
  • Tidel Trading does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as such.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation, including anti-money laundering and sanctions laws;
  • engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive trading practices;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
  • transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts; or
  • harass, threaten, or defame any other person, or share unlawful content through the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, and to withhold or reverse activity, that we reasonably believe violates this section.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Platform are the property of Tidel Trading or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tidel Trading and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or funds (including cryptocurrency), arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including as a result of market volatility, blockchain network issues, or user error such as sending funds to an incorrect address.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tidel Trading, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or exposes us to legal liability. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
